Here’s the gist: Starting this Monday, you’ll receive your first video at around 5 AM EST. Every day from Monday to Friday, you’ll get a new video with a small step to help you transform your routine, one manageable change at a time.

I highly recommend not skipping any days. Make your investment count and—more importantly—do this for yourself.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox (this hasn’t happened before), please check your spam folder. To avoid any issues, add my email, hello@lucianawellness.com, to your contacts so your email provider prioritizes it, making your life easier.
