This chicken sandwich is a fantastic way to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal without compromising on flavor. Enjoy it with your favorite movie, and let the good times roll!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 buns I used my homemade whole wheat bread
  • 1 cup greens
  • 50 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cajun spice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken thighs with cajun spice, garlic powder, and chili powder.
  • Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  • While the chicken is cooking, cut the buns in half.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
  • Mix the mustard and honey together, then spread the mixture on the bun halves.
  • Place the greens and cherry tomatoes on the bottom half of each bun and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, place a piece on each bun.
