Here’s how you can create this delicious and healthy Chicken Sandwich at home:

Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 buns I used my homemade whole wheat bread
- 1 cup greens
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cajun spice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with cajun spice, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Cook the chicken in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is cooking, cut the buns in half.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
- Mix the mustard and honey together, then spread the mixture on the bun halves.
- Place the greens and cherry tomatoes on the bottom half of each bun and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Once the chicken is cooked, place a piece on each bun.
