Hi, I’m Luciana. I’ve been running for nearly 20 years—all thanks to a friendly challenge from a coworker to complete a 5K. From the first stride, I was hooked. Not long after, I found myself crossing the finish line of my first half marathon.
Today, I’m a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, RYT-500 Yoga Alliance instructor, and—yes!—a certified running coach.
I created this unique guide because, over the years, I discovered that running isn’t just a workout; it’s my personal self-care ritual. I wanted to share the joy of running simply for the love of it—not for competition or performance.
This guide is for women who want to run without pressure or sacrifice. For those looking to create a routine that carves out time for themselves, to reflect, reset, and grow. And why do I believe in this so deeply? Because it’s exactly what I’ve done for nearly two decades.
