Avocado Toasts

Looking for a quick, nutritious, and utterly delicious meal for those lazy Sundays? Try my Avocado Toasts made with creamy avocado, protein-packed tuna, and juicy cherry tomatoes on homemade whole wheat bread.
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 can of tuna drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- Fresh parsley chopped
- 10 slices of whole wheat bread
In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
Add the drained tuna to the mashed avocado and mix well.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the avocado and tuna mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
Top each toast with halved cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
