Avocado Toasts

Looking for a quick, nutritious, and utterly delicious meal for those lazy Sundays? Try my Avocado Toasts made with creamy avocado, protein-packed tuna, and juicy cherry tomatoes on homemade whole wheat bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can of tuna drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • 10 slices of whole wheat bread

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
  • Add the drained tuna to the mashed avocado and mix well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread the avocado and tuna mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
  • Top each toast with halved cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
