Ingredients
  

  • 400 g block firm tofu
  • 1 or maybe 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder adjust to your liking
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley for garnish
  • 1 avocado
  • Tabasco sauce

Instructions
 

  • Prep the tofu: Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture. Cut into sticks and season with salt and garlic powder.
  • Set up the stations: Beat the egg(s) in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the coconut flour, shredded coconut, and chili powder.
  • Dip and coat: Dip each tofu stick in the egg, then dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring they're evenly coated.
  • Air fry: Cook in the air fryer at 450ºF for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Prepare the dip: While the tofu cooks, mash the avocado and add Tabasco to taste.
  • Garnish and serve: Garnish the tofu sticks with chopped parsley and enjoy with your mashed avocado dip!
