Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Cottage Cheese + Basil Dip:

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped
  • Mashed Avocado with Tabasco Dip:
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 1-2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce adjust to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Prep the Wings:

  • Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, mix coconut flour and shredded coconut.
  • Coat the wings thoroughly in the coconut mixture.

Air Fry:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the coated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Dips:

  • For the Cottage Cheese + Basil Dip, mix cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and fresh basil in a small bowl.
  • For the Mashed Avocado with Tabasco Dip, mash the avocado and mix with Tabasco sauce and salt.

Serve:

  • Garnish the cooked wings with fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately with both dips on the side.
