Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb tiger shrimp
  • 3 corn cobs
  • 2 tsp Old Bay spice
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions
 

  • Put a large pot of water to boil.
  • Mince the garlic cloves.
  • Cut the corn cobs into manageable pieces.
  • Add the corn and whole shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Once done, reserve the corn and shrimp.
  • In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and all the seasonings (Old Bay spice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and sugar).
  • Add the cooked shrimp and corn to the butter and seasoning mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
