- 2 lb tiger shrimp
- 3 corn cobs
- 2 tsp Old Bay spice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves
Put a large pot of water to boil.
Mince the garlic cloves.
Cut the corn cobs into manageable pieces.
Add the corn and whole shrimp to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Once done, reserve the corn and shrimp.
In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and all the seasonings (Old Bay spice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and sugar).
Add the cooked shrimp and corn to the butter and seasoning mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
