- 400 g tofu
- 100 g whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 cup organic tomato sauce
- Parsley to garnish
- Coconut oil for cooking
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While the pasta is cooking, cut the tofu into small cubes.
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden on all sides.
Add the tomato sauce to the pan and heat through.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir to coat with sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy immediately.
