Ingredients
  

  • 400 g tofu
  • 100 g whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2 cup organic tomato sauce
  • Parsley to garnish
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • While the pasta is cooking, cut the tofu into small cubes.
  • Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu and cook until golden on all sides.
  • Add the tomato sauce to the pan and heat through.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir to coat with sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy immediately.
