Shrimp Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Dip:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
