  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Dip:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cucumber finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
