Ingredients
  

  • 100 g whole wheat pasta
  • 125 g extra-lean ground beef
  • 50 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 zucchini

Instructions
 

  • Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the shallot and garlic cloves.
  • Slice the zucchini.
  • In a large pan, cook the extra-lean ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the chopped shallot and garlic, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in the zucchini, tomato sauce, cumin, and oregano. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
